As an in-house designer in Groupe Impact Design, I was involved in the cnc prototyping of a sweeper, precisely its bodywork plastic parts. From toolpath to final prototype, I was involved in cnc prototyping tasks of the bodywork, from toolpath creation in Work NC software in order to mill the negative foam mould in a tree axes cnc machine, then with the negative mould, make the part with glass fibre reinforced polymer (GFRP), to finally end by handwork to give a right finishing to the final part.
