The microlight TANARG takes advantage of its very large capacity for baggage and fuel, while retaining smooth handling. Conceived for short takeoffs and calm slow flight added to the robustness, the stability, and the breaking ability of the TANARG provide an aptitude for cross country that is truly unique.
As in-house designer in Groupe Impact Design design agency, i was involved in rapid prototyping tasks for the bodywork of this funny microlight, from CNC machining of negative foam mould in order to cover it with glass fibre reinforced polymer (GFRP) and final finish handwork to end the final part. Totally, 14 parts for the whole bodywork.
